how do i use a krups espresso maker?

we have a krups espresso maker. its at least 10 years old… we have no manual or anything, it looks similar to this one: (but it is NOT this one)

Lift up the water tank cover located on the left-hand side of the machine. Take the water tank out of the machine and fill to the fill line with water. Replace the water tank.

Step 2

Open the top cover on the machine and fill the coffee container with 1-1/2 scoops of ground espresso. Close the cover.

Step 3

Place an espresso mug under the spigot in the front of the machine. Make sure the machine nozzles are placed directly above the cup.

Step 4

Press the espresso button on the front of the machine. This button looks like a filled-in cup of coffee. Some machines will also have a regular coffee setting that looks like an empty cup and a two-cup regular coffee setting that looks like two empty cups.

Step 5

Set the size of the cup you are using by pressing the up or down arrows. Most standard espresso cups are 3 oz. or 88 mL.

Step 6

Press the “Power” button to start the espresso. The power button looks like a circle with a vertical line on top. The espresso machine will fill the cup to the desired amount.
