What is the best espresso machine for a small coffee shop?
I’m not too worried about cost, simply value, and quality.
Definitely the la pavoni. They are so classy, makes good espresso and does not take up too much space (an important consideration for coffee shop).
Some of their models allows you to use coffee grounds and pods (ready measured and sealed), this allows to make decision on operation, you need not be so reliant on barista.
